Ludven is live: tiny apps built in public

Ludven is a small studio making small apps and games in the open. What is on the site today, how the board works, and what comes next.

The Ludven board: TINY APPS BUILT IN PUBLIC on split-flap tiles, PUBLIC in yellow.

Ludven is a small studio that makes small apps and games, and builds them in the open. This site is where all of it lives: every app, how each one is doing, and what we are building next.

What is here today

Factory Board is the first app on the shelf. It reads your Satisfactory save in your browser and tells you which production lines are slow, why, and what to fix first. It is free, it needs no account, and your save never leaves your computer. We built it before the studio had a name, so it sits on the apps page as earlier work: Factory Board.

The blog opens with short Satisfactory guides that came out of building it:

How the studio works

Each new app gets a box. The board on the home page counts the days spent building it, and build notes show what changed along the way. There is no deadline: a busy week stops the clock. When an app launches, it gets 28 days to find its people, and then a verdict: a second version, kept as it is, or retired with its page left up.

Every number is public. The numbers page shows what each app earns and costs, zeros included.

What comes next

Box 1 is being picked. When it starts, it shows on the board, and the first build notes follow.
