These terms cover ludven.com and every app and game Ludven makes. By using them you accept these terms.

As it is

The site and the apps come as they are and as available. We work to keep them running and correct, but we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Ludven is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or the apps: lost data, lost progress, lost profit or anything that follows from them. If we are found responsible anyway, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the app in question, which for a free app is nothing.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Your part

Use the apps lawfully and for your own purposes. Do not copy, resell or take them apart to build a competing product. Keep your own copy of anything that matters to you: saves and settings stay on your device, and we cannot bring them back.

Other sites

The site links to stores and other sites we do not run. We are not responsible for what they show or do.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
