Ludven is a small studio that makes apps and games. This page covers ludven.com. Each app has its own privacy page, linked from the app's page.

Who is responsible

Ludven is responsible for the data described here. Questions about your data go to hello@ludven.com.

What we collect on ludven.com

• Visits. We count page views with Umami, an analytics tool that runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records the page, the site you came from, your browser, your operating system, your device type and your country, worked out from your IP address, which it does not keep.
• Clicks on short links. When you open a ludven.com short link, the page counts the click in the same way before it sends you on.
• Server logs. Our web server keeps your IP address, browser and the time of each request for 14 days, to keep the site running and safe, then deletes them.
• Email to us. If you write to us, we keep the conversation as long as we need it to answer you.
• The work-with-us form. If you send it, your name, email address, company and message reach us as an email, and we keep them as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the project.

We use no advertising and no tracking cookies on ludven.com, and we sell no data.

Where it is kept

Our server is in Germany, run by Hetzner Online GmbH. Email to hello@ludven.com, including what the work-with-us form sends, is kept in Google Workspace, under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@ludven.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
