What it does

  1. 01Juno has the access code to a flood level sealed forty years ago. You run it: power, food, water and beds for the people the city threw out.
  2. 02Every room makes a batch of power, food or water and pays credits when you tap it. Dig new floors down the shaft; rooms built side by side merge into doubles and triples.
  3. 03Train your people in the workshop, the chrome clinic and the chem lab. Nothing to fight: the city is hard on people, and the shelter is where things work.
